Made with cut and torn paper
Some time ago, I remember a quote that went something like this:
"Imagination does not come in instantaneously. It gathers and builds, like a storm."
And I could not help but agree.
This was a project for the art club I’m in, wanting to explore the boundaries of art that goes far beyond a canvas. It’s the largest thing I’ve made yet, spanning about 6 feet wide and over 7 feet tall!

"Was that you beyond the galaxy, with the stars in your eyes?
Was that you beyond the stage, with the melodies in your throat?
Was that you beyond the table, with the mirrors in your stomach?
Or was that me beyond the cherry blossoms, with these petals in my palms?”
Mino Hanatsuki likes to write, especially of his dreams. When his friend Etsushi Konjou finds out about his hobby, he urges and encourages Mino to write more of the characters and plots in his dreams. As Mino delves deeper into his dreams and writes more, something within Mino begins to grow as he slowly realizes his feelings towards Etsushi…
It’s been a long and arduous road developing this thing for some years now, but I’m really excited to share it with you all!
Petals In My Palms is a visual novel with boy’s love content, that is, content featuring romantic homosexual male relationships. In spite of the genre’s content being aimed mostly at females, I’ve written the story so that it can be enjoyed by anyone who can stomach it.
While the visual novel is still in progress and won’t be released until this winter (if all things goes right), when finished it will be released for free.
